A hair raising day!

Today Jared had a ride-along for his EMT class, which he passed YAH!!!, and got to go to Blackfoot's fire station waiting for calls. He got a couple of calls and a pick up. That's right folks Jared came struting through the door because he had a girl pick up on him. The following is the conversation that occured:
Girl: Hi there, how are you?
Jared: Good, how are you?
Girl: YOU'RE CUTE!!!!!
Location: assisted living center
My husband still has it, but thank goodness he's all mine! I am so proud of him. He is getting ready to test with the Idaho Falls fire dept on May 3rd, which is super competitive and they only move the top 30 onto the physical test. I know Jared can do it- Jared te amo mucho mas!

Let's Go to the Zoo!

Today we decided to enoy the sun and some fresh air and we were excited to dicover that the zoo was open. Cole was wide-eyed as usual watching all the animals- his favorite were the monkeys because they were swinging all over the place. However the tigers, lions, famingos, and majority of the other animals were all taking naps during our walk-thru but as you can see Cole didn't mind. He kept himself entertained walking with dad, pulling off his hat, and staring at the wild animals and wild people- there's a little bit of everything at the zoo :)
