Gobble Gobble Till You Wobble Wobble

Thanksgiving was wonderful and filling as always. We had lunch and Wendy's and dessert at Daniel & Jeanne's. I love this time of year that helps you to reflect on all you have to be thankful for. On the top of my list is my family. I am so thankful for a helpful hubby who is a hands-on daddy and a little miracle baby who you'd never know was a preemie. He is getting so big and it was a special treat to enjoy Thanksgiving with him this year! Can't wait for his first Christmas!
Here's our family...Cole is getting so big!

Cole with his Uncle Zachy, Gammy, and Daddy

After the busy day of stuffing his belly Cole just wanted to sit on Grandma Jeanne's lap

Here are some attempts to get a cute and creative pic of Cole for Christmas- let us know what you think

We're still alive!

It's been a while since the last post so here's a recap of what we've been up to. We went to Utah conference weekend to visit my sister and her family. Ava fell in love with Cole at first sight as you can see.

Reid born a week before Cole weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces and Cole was 4 pounds 9 ounces. But now at 6 months Cole weighs MORE that Reidy...by a couple of ounces at 14 pounds 12 ounces!

Here Jared is enjoying his favorite time of year...October = hunting season and birthday (can you guess how old he is?) well at least he's in great shape to do all that hunting and working ;)

All of that can make a boy tired

More hunting...geez Jared what a nice wife you have (hint hint)

Cole loves getting to see his cousins Caleb and Hadley. With Mary getting married both now live in Utah so we can't wait to see them all at Thanksgiving!

Grandpa Morris has finally figured out to get the little guy to smile!

In mid-October we went to celebrate my mom's b-day with her in Washington and Jared re-did her white brick fireplace with river rock. In the midst of all out fun the power went out...warning: when power goes out to not light candles in different scents. Lime, cinnamon, spanish spice, and sugar cookie aren't a good combo for the senses!

Cole couldn't stop staring at the leaves blowing above him

Here's our little trick-or-treater: Colie monkey

Here's Cole first go at eating rice cereal...it didn't go as well as it could have

Here's an old pic. This time of year makes you reflect and this year has been packed with all sorts of new and exciting things. We are so thankful for our healthy little boy!
